Service Description

A three-month journey to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your deeper self. Each month, we’ll meet for a 75-minute Breathwork session designed to clear resistance, release tension, and overall create an opportunity for growth and spaciousness. (Total of 3 breathwork sessions across the 3 months)

Between sessions, you’ll have access to personalised resources and guidance to help you integrate the work into your daily life.

What’s Included

​

  • 1 x 75-minute one-on-one Breathwork session per month (Total of 3 breathwork sessions across the 3 months)

Sessions can be held in person or online, depending on your preference. 

  • Ongoing Telegram support for the full 90 days.

Stay connected between sessions for guidance, check-ins, and integration support.

  • Personalised resources and recommendations to help you:

    • Integrate insights and breakthroughs from your sessions

    • Build healthy day-to-day breathing habits for overall well-being

    • Enhance performance, physically during exercise or training, and mentally to stay calm and focused under pressure

Take your practice deeper with 2x one-on-one Breathwork or coaching sessions per month. (Total of 6 x 75 minute 1:1 breathwork sessions)
