Work with me at The BSFT Immersions. 

 

Our 2-Day BASE Immersions is the perfect introduction to Mind, Body & Breath. 

 

The 2 days are split into 2 components with day 1 covering Physiology and day 2 covering Psychology. 

 

Throughout the 2 days there will be both practical and theory components. We will cover models that help you understand your nervous system, breathing for health and performance as well as habitual thinking patterns and unconscious mental drivers. 

 

There are multiple times throughout the weekend where you will get both group and individual reflection and practice with what you are learning in mind and body. 

 

Our immersions are both challenging and supportive. Expect to be tested in a safe environment where you're in control of how much you participate.

With 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, where personal training is integrated with support and coaching.

 

During training you will learn how to move in a healthy, functional way for your body. To become more mobile and flexible, to become stronger, increase bone density, training confidence and grow muscle to support overall health and physicality for years to come.  

 

My goal is to empower you to achieve your health goals while encouraging a balanced and sustainable lifestyle outside of the gym.
