When you choose to work with me, you won't just be exercising; you will have the opportunity to move towards an overall healthier and more empowered version of yourself.
With 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, where personal training is integrated with support and coaching.

During training, you will learn how to move in a healthy, functional way for your body. To become more mobile and flexible, to become stronger, increase bone density, training confidence and grow muscle to support overall health and physicality for years to come.
My goal is to empower you to achieve your health goals while encouraging a balanced and sustainable lifestyle outside of the gym.
In-person personal training sessions are conducted at Functional Fitness Australia.
Sessions can also be conducted online via Zoom.
