Take 3 tablespoons daily (1.5 Seed Cycle scoops) during the appropriate phase:
Phase 1 – New Moon / Follicular (Days 1–14 of your menstrual cycle)
Phase 2 – Full Moon / Luteal (Days 15–38 of your menstrual cycle)
